Returns

studio paris. accepts returns for credit back to the original form of payment. Items for return must be returned within 14 days of purchase. If your return arrives after the 14 days of the original order date, your return will be shipped back to your original shipping address.

studio paris. will accept merchandise only if it is in the original condition. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. For any items returned that are not in its original condition, the return will be denied and the merchandise will be returned to you.

Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase. 

How to make a return:

To make a return, please email us with the name and email used to make the original order and send details of what you would like to return. We will then send relevant next steps. For all returns, we recommend sending your package insured with tracking, as studio paris. cannot assume responsibility for compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.

• How to make an exchange:

  To make an exchange, email us with the details of the item you would like to exchange along with details of the item you would like to change it for. We will then confirm stock for you and if available, you simply need to return the item in its original condition to our return address (above). Once received, we will post your new garment out to your original postal address. For all orders outside of the U.K. there will be additional postage fees on items exchanged.
